All sales are FINAL once hair has been installed or altered of any kind. We do offer refunds as long as the hair has not been used in any way and is returned in its original packaging within 48hours of delivery to customer.
Please email a copy of your receipt to [email protected] for verification of return. DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT RECEIVING CONFIRMATION OF THE VERIFICATION EMAIL.
All refunds will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE restocking fee amount of $30.
Once hair is installed or altered of any kind NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN - ALL SALES ARE FINAL at that point.
