If you wish to have express shipping, a separate invoice will be sent after order confirmation. **PLEASE NOTATE EXPRESS SHIPPING** and the amount of what was already paid for shipping will be applied to $30 (two day air) shipping fee or $50 (next day air) shipping fee. This is expected to be paid right away to ensure express shipment.
